New Parking Charge to nickel and dime you

Hilton is now charging for parking at locations that never had a parking charge. This location was free for the past 5 years. Now it's $15/ day to park here. It's self park, there's also construction going on and only one elevator is operational. Don't waste an extra $60 or so dollars on parking. There are literally 4 hotels on the same block that don't charge parking. This is an embassy suites, not the statler downtown.

Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was great with many options for everyone. Omelette station was my favorite and the staff that was cleaning tables at the breakfast was very fast and friendly. The location was also perfect as it was right down the street from the Galleria and also close to everything else.

Don’t stay if you value your sleep

First impression of lobby was good and the bar staff were polite. However it is very noisy in the room at night if people are talking in the lobby area given the configuration of the open space. If you value a quiet place to sleep this is not the hotel for you. Front desk staff but they were very unhelpful. The manager in charge refused to appear when asked for. There are better hotels close by for the same rates.

This hotel is gorgeous inside and out. I was fortunate enough to enjoy my stay in suite and it was spacious asf. The water pressure was perfect. You should definitely stay here instead of a different hotel. It’s great and you definitely won’t regret it

The staff has been really attentive and kind. The workers at the front desk were very accommodating and told me to never be afraid to ask for anything. Everything has been kept clean and the staff coming to clean the rooms were also very kind and mindful!
